"The Big Day" $1350

• Four one -hour planning meetings over 12 weeks leading to your wedding day to help us get up to speed on your plans, priorities and vision for the big day.
•  Rehearsal execution, including ceremony run through.  
• Unlimited communication during the month lead up to your wedding 
• Creation of personalized wedding day timeline
•  Set up and take down of décor 
• Vendor management and communication beginning two weeks prior to the wedding 
• Ten consecutive hours of Wedding Day Management, to be determined based on the final timeline including décor execution

 You might have most aspects of your big day organized with the support of friends and family, but on the actual day, you want them to celebrate with you without stressing over the details. Our "Just the Day" package offers a streamlined version of the "Big Day" package, delivering the same excellent service while covering fewer details. 

"Just the Day"  $850

• One hour planning session to bring me up to speed, covering vendor details, event order, and couple's requirements.
• Development of a personalized timeline for the day.
• Vendor management starting two weeks prior to the event.
• Five hours of on-the-day service, which includes:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for vendors and guests.
  • Ensuring the day's timeline is followed and making adjustments as necessary for smooth and efficient proceedings.
  • Handling any last-minute setup or modifications.
  • Assisting with any other tasks that may arise throughout the day.

Weddings are magical, wonderful and exciting, you have been thinking about this day for a long time. Maybe you have booked a few vendors but you could really use so more help. You and your partner want to have the perfect day but you need more help to make sure that day is exactly what you have always imagined. • All the coverage of our "The big day" package
•  Plus  8 planning meeting spread out between now and your wedding 
•  Personalized vendor recommendations
•  Unlimited email and text communication beginning 6 months before your wedding
•   Design proposal to help bring your vision to life

We know that each wedding is unique and will come with its own set of duties and priorities! Our aim is to make sure that you can spend the day enjoying time with your loved ones, not worrying about the details.  Here are just a few of the sample duties we can handle for you. 

• Act as point person for vendors and guests 
• Make sure all members of your party have all their attire
• Assist with zippers, bows, boutonnieres, veils, etc.
•  Maintain the day's timeline and adjust as needed to keep things moving smooth and efficiently 
• Act as a second set of hands for your photographer so they can focus on doing what they do best
•  Call out names and help organize members for photos
•  Coordinate vendor arrival and set up times
•  Keep in contact with both partners to make sure departure is on time
•  Assist ushers in ensuring guests are seated in their appropriate rows and sides 
• Make sure all of the important ceremony items make it down the aisle, including your rings and vows 
• Line up the wedding party for ceremony processional and Grand Entrance 
• Perform sound check with MC 
• Oversee and direct the reception including updating the catering team, MC, and DJ of any changes 
• Light all of your reception candles before guests take their seats in the event space
